They have provided me opportunities to travel when needed, and my accommodations were made sure I was comfortable and safe. Flexibility with schedules, nice, accommodating, friendly office staff make a huge impact! They are proactive, efficient and they continuously find ways to be the best in providing their services. They make sure they provide the right staff to their patients which is integral to patients’ holistic care and healing. They are passionate in what they do. I met Tracy at St Jose in Tacoma WA in 2016 I was extremely ill and not expected to survive, Tracy would not take no for an answer. The Advisacare team went to work on my behalf after 3 months I was sent to Wenatchee WA to my sons to get my papers in order because I would not make it. Again, Tracy and her Advisacare team went to work she had the DOE/ DOL to pay for 24hr skilled nursing care for 90 days. They worked with the hospital to insure I received the best care possible. It is now April 2018 and I am still here thanks be to God and Advisacare!

Hello, my name is Melissa. I am 40 years old, married and have four sons. I am a TB paraplegic due to an MVA when I was 15 years old. I was a cheerleader, softball player and active teenager. After my hospital and rehabilitation stays, I was able to return home. I continued to be on the cheerleading squad, coached Rocket Cheerleaders, graduated on time and traveled out of state for college. I was independent, strong-willed and determined not to let my SCI change my life. I was convinced that I was ok. If I did need help, I would only have family and close friends assist me. I had no desire to have a strangers help. Nope, no outside home health agency.
